    Bell Internet: Services working fine, wherever power is available.
    Rogers Internet: No internet service across most of Ottawa, even with power.
    Cogeco Internet: Working fine.
    Shaw Internet: Working fine:
    Telus Internet: Working fine.
    Videotron Internet: Services working fine, wherever power is available.
    Eastlink Internet: Working fine.
    MTS: Working fine.

    YAP's VoIP Service is working fine as long as you have internet.

    ATOP TV: Working fine, wherever internet is available.
    BuzzTV: Working wherever internet is available, however many channels sourced locally will continue to be down as the outage persists.

    You may need to perform a FULL Power Cycle once your services are restored for them to work correctly. Here's how to do so:

    1. Power off all your equipment.
    2. Power ON only the Modem.
    3. Wait 2-3 minutes for the Modem lights to stabilize.
    4. If you have a seperate router, power it on once your modem is stable and wait 2-3 minutes.
    5. Power on the rest of your devices (TVs, Home Phone Adapter, etc)
