You may need to perform a FULL Power Cycle once your services are restored for them to work correctly. Here's how to do so:
- Power off all your equipment.
- Power ON only the Modem.
- Wait 2-3 minutes for the Modem lights to stabilize.
- If you have a seperate router, power it on once your modem is stable and wait 2-3 minutes.
- Power on the rest of your devices (TVs, Home Phone Adapter, etc)

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We wish all those affected by the natural disaster a speedy recovery and support.
